Since its inception it has been led by Álvaro Martínez-Conradi, who did extraordinary work during his four years on the RUCTL board, representing and energizing until consolidating the group. Carlos Domecq is a rancher with his brothers and his father from the Santiago Domecq iron. He studied ADE and expanded his training with a postgraduate degree in agriculture.
