In response to market demand, the Royal Union of Bull Breeders of Fighting Bulls (RUCTL) has set out to locate all those interested in working in a bull ranch in order to present them to its partners, and thus generate an internal employment platform that facilitate contact between mayors and ranchers.
In this way, a direct employment exchange space has been enabled on its new institutional website, where applicants must fill out a form.
In a situation in which employment in the countryside seems essential – a “green job” that fixes population in rural areas, so vital for the so-called “emptied Spain” -, the RUCTL opens the doors to work in which is probably one of the most sustainable and vocational jobs in the Spanish countryside. A day to day in which the management of the horse, the knowledge of the bull and the hobby are the basis for the correct functioning of the livestock.
Currently, the Bravo sector provides some 14,000 direct and indirect jobs in the so-called “emptied Spain”, a strategic job that allows economic revitalization, especially in demographically and economically depressed areas.
